Two of the children went camping this weekend. I was expecting a mud-fest for them all but the sun was shining and the ground was only damp. They even got a bit sun burned.
It poured with rain the minute they set foot back in the house last night.
Is that luck or grace I wonder.

Reminds me of a funny story. I used to go to the UK on business trips. Well, one year I used my frequent flyer mileage to bring along my secretary, who was also a great friend. We went to Cardiff and, incredibly, the sun shone every day we were there, so much that I actually tanned. Brits could not believe it, until I'd remove my watch band and show them. They joked I'm probably the only person to ever get a tan in Cardiff ha ha. My friend Fran didn't tan because she was outdoors a lot anyway, and has great Italian skin tone. But people saw me tan in just like four days in the sun of Wales :-)
